  • 01What is Fishy Hub?+

    A script hub for Roblox: one menu of extra features that works in 70+ games. You run a single line of code, called the loader, and Fishy Hub works out which game you're in and opens the right tools for it. When a game update breaks something, we patch it — you don't have to do anything.

  • 02What's an executor, and do I need one?+

    Yes. An executor is the app that runs scripts inside Roblox, and every script hub needs one. Most popular executors work with Fishy Hub. If you don't have one yet, our store sells Potassium, a Windows executor, with a lower price for Premium members.

  • 03What's the difference between Free and Premium?+

    Both play every game. A free key means clearing a few checkpoints, and it only lasts a limited time before you do it again. Premium unlocks more overpowered features and skips checkpoints for good — you get one key tied to your Discord account that never needs redoing — and adds member prices in the store, priority support, a self-serve HWID reset every 6 hours (for moving your key to a new PC) and a Premium role in our Discord.

  • 04Why are there checkpoints on the free key?+

    Checkpoints are a few short pages with ads that you click through to get a key — about a minute's work. Those ads are what keep the free tier free for everyone. Don't want to do them? Premium removes them for good.

  • 05Which executors are supported?+

    Most popular ones, including Potassium from our store. For the technical: anything with a working HttpGet and a reasonably complete Lua environment. The loader detects your executor and disables features it can't support instead of erroring out.

Premium and your key

  • 06How do I get my key after paying?+

    It's issued instantly. Payment binds access to the Discord account you signed in with, and your dashboard shows your premium key and the loader straight away.

  • 07What happens when a game updates?+

    The loader always fetches the latest build, so you get fixes without doing anything. Average turnaround on a breaking patch is under two hours.

  • 08Can I move my key to another device?+

    Yes. Your key locks to one device at a time — if you switch PCs or reinstall Windows, reset the lock from your dashboard, once every 6 hours. If your key leaks, swap it for a new one there too: the old one is deleted straight away. Sharing a key between different people will get it revoked.

  • 09Does Monthly renew by itself?+

    No. Monthly is 31 days per payment and never charges you again on its own. When it ends, buy another month through checkout. We don't save your card or payment details, so each purchase is a fresh checkout and nothing is ever taken without you.

  • 10Is the lifetime plan really lifetime?+

    One payment, permanent access, including every script added later. It's the lifetime of the hub — if Fishy Hub shuts down, it ends with it.

  • 11Do you offer refunds?+

    All sales are final. If the hub stops working on your executor, open a support ticket and we'll fix it.
